Unlike other spine roughening systems that drag the spine and create a lot of dust and noise, the PGO opens the spine very quietly,
without paper dust and ensures maximum durability even with difficult copy color and picture printing papers.
The user can control the PGO runs required to achieve a stable durable bond.
All applications are performed in a single operation, without any changeover or adjustment times of the binding machine.
All formats and intermediate formats up to DIN A4 and a spine width of up to 4 cm can be bound perfectly, durably and professionally.
The binding cycle is only 20 sec. (180 pieces/h).
