Block gluing machine Automation Blox 50 U
from yr. 1994
for the efficient production of blocks of all types in a format range from DIN A6 to DIN A3
and developed for both short and long runs.
The blocks are created by hand.
Depending on the type of block, their thickness and size, as well as the preparation,
can be put on by an investor up to 1800 blocks.
The vertical hot melt head is part of the whole, airtight,
maintenance-free and odorless gluing system.
The cover feeder with scoring device feeds the cover sheets,
which are folded over on the glued side and fixed to the bottom board by the reactivated hot glue.
On the delivery table the blocks are counted and stacked exactly
and conveyed out ready for packing.
